Weddings

Throughout the year we conduct weddings in the church.
We are delighted to welcome you and pray for you, as you celebrate a your special day!
As this can require both a great deal of planning and, in the case of marriage a legal entitlement to use the church, we strongly advise that you get in touch to discuss your plans.
If you are interested in having a Wedding at St John’s, please contact us or come along and speak to a member of our clergy team.
Thanksgivings & Baptisms

Children are the present and future of the Church, and they are always welcome at St John’s!
If you’re interested in having a thanksgiving or baptism service for your child or you would like to be baptised, we’d love to hear from you. Contact us or come along and speak to a member of our clergy team.
Funerals

Getting over the death of a loved one takes a lot longer than most people imagine. We all grieve in different ways: some show their sorrow very openly while others bottle it up, but it is still there. Grieving does not begin or end with the funeral service.
If you would like St John’s to conduct a funeral, do contact us or come along and speak to a member of our clergy team.
St John’s holds a yearly service of remembrance to remember those we have lost. This usually takes place in November. Do contact us should you wish to take part.
